Easy Pancakes
These are the easiest pancakes you’ll ever make- you don’t
even need a scales to weigh your ingredients.
All you need is a cup. Use the
same cup for both the flour and the milk.
If you use self-raising flour the pancakes will be lovely and fluffy and
thick.
They are great with a sprinkling of sugar and a squeeze of
lemon juice or drizzled with maple syrup.
Try throwing in a handful of blueberries into the batter if
making American style pancakes.
